Does Holtryx charge per tenant?
No. Per-tenant or per-occupant pricing is not the primary subscription meter for Holtryx.
Is onboarding included?
Assisted onboarding, data migration, cleanup, configuration, workflow or report customization and private integrations may require separate scope and pricing.
Are payment-provider fees included?
No. Third-party payment-processing fees are separate unless a specific commercial package says otherwise.
Are SMS credits included?
No. SMS usage fees are separate unless a specific commercial package says otherwise.
Can I start with Core only?
Yes. Holtryx Core is a complete operating foundation on its own, and modules can be added when the operation needs them.
Can Holtryx support a custom setup?
Holtryx favors configuration before customization. Terminology, settings, modules, templates and rules come first; specific requirements beyond that can be discussed as separate scope.
