Privacy Notice
How Holtryx handles information submitted through this website. This notice applies to the Holtryx marketing website only.
Who we are
Holtryx is a product of Enterocity Business Solutions LLC. This notice covers the Holtryx marketing website. Information handled inside a customer's Holtryx workspace is governed by the agreement between Enterocity and that customer.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on this website. For a demo request this includes your name, work email, company or business name, business type, approximate number of rentable spaces, city or location and your primary operational challenge, plus any optional phone number, current system and notes you provide.
We also collect limited technical information generated when you browse the site, such as pages visited and general interaction events used to understand how the website performs. This site does not offer an analytics opt-in or opt-out control.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and conduct a demo relevant to your operation, and follow up about Holtryx. We use website interaction data to improve the clarity and performance of our pages.
Analytics, advertising measurement and cookies
This website uses a small number of first-party cookies that are required for it to work, such as remembering your selected region and language.
To show prices and presentation defaults suited to where you are, we may use an approximate country signal supplied by our hosting provider. This is used for regional pricing and presentation defaults only, we do not send your IP address to a third-party country-lookup service, and it never overrides the country and currency saved on a Holtryx workspace.
Website analytics help us understand which pages are used and how the site performs. Holtryx currently uses its own first-party analytics as described in the next section; we do not use session-replay tracking on this website.
On campaign and acquisition pages, such as pages reached from an advertisement, we may also use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and conversion performance. These technologies may place or read cookies or similar identifiers in your browser in line with the provider's technology.
We may also record advertising identifiers such as fbclid and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term when they appear in the address of the page you land on, and carry them into our signup flow so we can understand which campaigns lead to sign-ups.
We may use a random pseudonymous acquisition identifier to connect a marketing-site visit with a later account, trial or subscription in Holtryx.
Our own website analytics
On our campaign and landing pages we operate our own first-party analytics. This may process: the pages you visit and interaction events such as scroll depth, time engaged and clicks on calls to action; a pseudonymous visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie and a separate session identifier; your IP address; your browser and user-agent information; device information such as device type, operating system, screen and window size, language, timezone, processor cores and available memory; the site that referred you and campaign information in the page address; and a hashed device signature calculated from those limited technical characteristics.
We use this to understand campaign performance, improve landing-page performance, detect duplicate or automated traffic, and troubleshoot and secure the site.
We do not use canvas, audio, WebGL, font or plugin fingerprinting, and we do not record keystrokes, form-field contents or session replays. Raw IP addresses and the hashed device signature are kept in our own systems and are not sent to Meta or another third-party analytics provider. Visitor identifiers are pseudonymous, are not user-account identifiers, and are not shared with third parties.
We aim to keep raw IP addresses for 30 days and detailed visit and event records for 180 days; aggregated counts may be kept longer.
Legal basis
We process the information you submit because you have asked us to contact you or provide a demo, and to pursue our legitimate interest in operating and improving this website. We process website analytics, including the first-party analytics described above, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring and improving the website and our campaigns, subject to applicable law.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and communicate with you, and only to the extent needed for those purposes, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep demo request records for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, and to keep a record of our business communications.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted through this website, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will action reasonable requests.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
