Is utility billing part of Holtryx Core?
No. Meter readings, consumption and utility or service-charge billing workflows are provided by the Holtryx Utilities module.
Can utility charges appear on the same invoice as rent?
Yes. Charges are billed to the same customer account and can appear as invoice line items.
Does Holtryx read meters automatically?
No. Readings are recorded into the system; Holtryx does not connect to metering hardware.
